Nakuul finished his Master of Commerce from Mumbai University. He was also trained in dance styles including hip hop, jazz, break, folk, salsa and contemporary.
He is a well-trained ballroom dancer having acquired under India’s leading ballroom coach and Bollywood choreographer Sandip Soparrkar.
Nakuul was a silver medalist in the Latin Ballroom under the Category (rumba) and is a gold medal winner in the Standard Ballroom under the category (waltz).
Mehta raised to fame with the role of Aditya Harish Kumar in success show Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara. He did advertisements, music videos, and was linked with theatre for a long time. After balancing this with his modeling career, he made his debut in Bollywood with the film Abhimani in 2005.
Mehta is presently seen opposite Surbhi Chandna in famous TV show Ishqbaaaz as Shivaay Singh Oberoi. He also performed in the show’s spin-off, Dil Boley Oberoi.
