Prachi began her career as a basketball player by playing 2 sub-junior nationals ( under 14) in Karnataka and pondicherry in 2002. She also represented 8-times in ( under 17) out of this team secured a position 3 times. Prachi played on the ground of Gotan (Rajasthan), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Hyderabad, Kangra (HP), Jaisalmer (Rajasthan), Ajmer (Rajasthan), Chandigarh, Chittoor (AP), etc. She also represented Delhi (under 19) three-time and also won all times. Played on the ground of Delhi.
In 2008, she won in basketball inter-college and inter-university in Bhubaneswar. She also won All India in Nellore. Prachi also won inter-college basketball and also participate in inter-university in Punjab.
Netball
Prachi won the gold medal 34th national game in 2011. She played inter-college and won all. She represented Delhi in Senior Nationals. Prachi played the Indo-Singapore series in Delhi and Noida in 2010. In 2010, She represented as a Caption of the team in the 7th Youth Asian Championship in Delhi. In 2010, Commonwealth Games held in Delhi, She represented as a Caption of Senior Indian Netball Team. Prachi represented as a caption of the senior team in the 6th Nation Cup, Singapore-2010.
