RIYA DEEPSI BIOGRAPHY

Riya Deepsi is an Indian best-known actress and model, famous for her Gandhari role in Mahabharata. She was leading the main role in the show and appeared in many TV Shows as well. She made her debut in Bollywood in the movie Bhagte Raho. Let’s know more about her.

She came on this earth on 19 May 1996 at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and is staying at Maharastra, Mumbai currently because of the transfer of her Father. She made her television debut through “Mata ki Chowki ” and got the main role in Mahabharata as Gandhari. Before getting a debut in the television industry, she was having experience of being a theatre artist and this helped her a lot in the role of Gandhari. She was just 17 when she performed the role and got famous. She sometimes says that she was having sons 10-12 years elder than her but she managed everything so well.

EDUCATION

She had done Bachelors in Film Making from Himgiri Zee University, Dehradun, and had her schooling from Went to Bunts Sangha’s S.M. Shetty High School And Junior College Maharashtra. Her teachers say that she was a very creative and jolly student.

CAREER

Started her career with a minor role in Mata ki Chowki but a grand break was given to her as Gandhari in Mahabharata in 2013-2014.She has worked so hard and its quite difficult for her to stay blindfolded most of the time but she get a large popularity because of it.

After that she appeared in the historical show Bharat ka Veer Putra- Maharana Pratap as Akbar’s fourth wife Salima Sultan Begum in 2015.She liked her role very much as she portrayed a beautiful lady singing poems.

She fits very perfectly in each and every role.In Razia Sultan, she worked as a slave to Razia’s father employer,Nizam and Nizam died after some time without let Fatima free,so she will have to be buried with Nizam.Razia saved her and make her new helper.

In 2016 she appeared in Box Cricket League season 2. She worked as Soni Mithilesh Thakur in Begusarai in the same year.

She acted as Daughter of Darius and Stateira, older sister of Drypteis, girlfriend of Kanishk and second spouse of Alexander. She at first views the Indians as inferior to the Persians; however, affected by Porus’ bravery and determination, she eventually respects them. And she appeared again in the Box Cricket League Season 4.

Not only this she worked on OTT Platforms as well. She acted in 2 Web Series consecutively. Be safe web series as a main character Nidhi and It happened in Calcutta as Roma.
